Students sitting the Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) in Namisindwa District have been asked to engage in productive ventures during the holidays.

This call was made by John Musila the Bubulo East County Member of Parliament while speaking to senior six students of Magale Parents School in Magale Town Council. According to Musila, students should engage in income generating activities like agriculture and business. Musila says the students should also help out their parents with household chores.

Naume Monica and Simon Mwelu are some of the students sitting their final examinations and have welcomed the message by Musila.

Samuel Wanambusi from Bumbo secondary school says that he is ready for the final examinations.

The briefing of senior six candidates across the country was held today ahead of the Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) which kicks off on Monday. Students are slated to write their first paper on Monday next week starting with economics and chemistry practicals in the morning and economics paper 2 in the evening.
