Bubulo East Parliamentary hopeful Amos Masibo has pledged to kick start the renovation of the Mubutu and Mumbo clan huts at the Mutoto cultural ground in Mbale City.
The Mutoto cultural ground is a beehive of activities with the business community tapping into the many revelers that throng the ground for merry making. This will culminate into the official launch of the Bamasaba traditional circumcision on 3 August.
Masibo who visited Mutoto on Sunday found the Mubutu and Mumbo clan huts in a poor state with a need to renovate them ahead of the official launch. He also wants other members of the Mumbo and Mubutu clans to join him in giving a facelift to the huts.
