Retired High Court judge Wilson
Masalu Musene has been described as a unifier and development oriented person.
According
to the Principal Communications Officer of the Judiciary Sheila Wamboga,
Justice Musene passed on last evening in Mbale Hospital. He was 67.
Former
Luseshe County Member of Parliament (Bududa) Godfrey Watenga Nabutanyi says the
late Masalu contributed alot to the education sector in Bududa. Watenga also
says that Justice Masalu also supported the various churches and his effort
must be applauded.
Justice
Musene retired from active service in 2021 after clocking 65. Retired Justice
Musene becomes the second member of the Judiciary family to pass on this year
after the death of Constitutional Court
Justice Kenneth Kakuru who was still a serving Judge.
