Speaking during a parents meeting at the school
on Friday last week, the school director of studies Andrew Wakweika said that
some female students had resorted to putting on skimpy uniforms; an act they
cannot tolerate.
Wakweika says that all students will also be
expected to have short kempt hair. This, he says is aimed at having smartness
among the student community. He also asked parents to instil good morals in the
children when at home.
Mugisu Banuli, the
Namisindwa District Inspector of Schools urged other schools to emulate
Africana Secondary School. , urged other schools in the district to emulate
Africana secondary school.

Wasike both parents welcomed the decision by the school saying it will improve
the image of the school and discipline among the students.
