Schools in Namisindwa District that posted good results in the 2022 Uganda Certificate of Education Examinations

Schools in Namisindwa District that posted good results in the 2022 Uganda Certificate of Education Examinations that were released today have attributed the success to commitment.



At St. John’s College, Magale, Isaac Wafula a teacher says that out of 250 candidates who sat, 20 passed in division one, 68 in division two and the rest in division three.

Wanabuya Mayeti the director Top SS, Nabitsikhi says that 4 students passed in division one, 14 in division two, 6 in division three and 2 in division four. Mayeti says that Massa Shedrack their best student scored aggregate 17. He attributes the good performance to commitment by teachers, parents and the students.

At Kimaluli High School, out of 82 candidates that sat for the exams, 6 passed in division one and 19 in division two. The best student Nabutanyi Godfrey scored 21 aggregates. Aloysius Kiluyi the school head teacher says an active board of governors and parents, teachers association and the supportive community is the reason the school posted a good performance.

At Riverside Comprehensive SS, Namisindwa, the best candidate Mutonyi Metrine scored 31aggregates. Moses Wamoka the school headmaster says the parents should start entrusting their children with rural based school.

Lusayi William the Namisindwa District Inspector of Schools says there are indicators that candidates have performed well.
