Godfrey Wanyoto, the Member of Parliament-elect for Budadiri West constituency in Sironko District has handed out bursaries to 21 students joining senior one.
The students will pursue their education at Godmark High School in Mukono Municipality.
Flagging off the students on Sunday, Cassim Wesonga, a personal assistant to Godfrey Wanyoto
explained that they selected one vulnerable student from each of the 21 sub-counties in Budadiri West.
He said that the initiative is part of Wanyoto's campaign manifesto of supporting vulnerable children to attain quality education.
Namisi Maliki a mobilizer in Wanyoto’s camp said that the 21 students will receive free education from senior one to senior six at Godmark High Schoool.
