Former
legislator and Uganda’s special envoy to Somalia, Simon Mulongo says he will
contest for the Bubulo East Parliamentary position.
According to Mulongo, several people in the constituency have
approached him saying there is need to restore capable leadership, a reason he
has decided to vie for the Parliamentary position.
Speaking at a mass at Galilaya Healing Church in Bumbo, where
he fulfilled a 500,000 UGX pledge Mulongo said that many leaders had neglected
their duties with a call for trust worthy leadership in the upcoming elections.
Mulongo will take on Amos Masibo, Sakwa George and John Musila(incumbent)
for the Bubulo East Parliamentary position.
