According to John Wafula ,the LCIII chairperson Bukokho sub county, Kobet Mukunama, a resident of Masameyi village, Sono parish, Bukokho sub county was this morning caught by locals red handed having sex with a 10 year old girl at his house.
Wafula says Mukunama escaped through the window while naked but the minor was taken to Bumbo Police post.
Fredrick Bangu the resident district commissioner of Namisindwa has condemned the act saying that the law should take its course.
However, Rogers Taitika, the Elgon region police spokesperson declined to comment on the matter saying he had not yet been briefed by the time of filing this story.
