Francis Wodero the Inzu Ya Masaba Secretary General has asked Bamasaba to become more productive by engaging in agriculture and embracing government programmes.

According to Wodero, the ongoing plan by most parents to take their children for DNA testing is a ploy to run away from responsibility. Wodero says that instead of spending valuable time debating issues around DNA, Bamasaaba should engage in meaningful economic activities like coffee production and grow more food to support their children.

Godfrey Nabutanyi Watenga the former Luseshe County Member of Parliament in Bududa District has asked Bamasaba not to partake any kind of DNA testing saying it will disorganize otherwise peaceful families.
