Malaria cases are on the rise in Bulambuli District.

Educator (DHE) says that the rains currently pounding most parts of the
country, Bulambuli is not an exception.
Nandudu says that most health centres in
Bulambuli are registering high cases of malaria and there is need to act. She
says that out of ten patients being attended to at the various health centres,
seven are malaria patients.
She has urged the public to sleep under
mosquito treated nets in a bid to curb the malaria cases. According to Nandudu,
available statistics show that 16 people succumb to malaria every day in
Uganda.
