Uganda Coffee Development Authority (UCDA) has handed over rehabilitation
tools to two model farmers per Sub County in Namisindwa District.
The tools include; pruning sows and basal
blades. Victoria Chemutai the UCDA extension officer
for Manafwa and Namisindwa Districts says they have given out 68 tools worth
five million shillings.
David Mityelo the Namisindwa acting production
officer says other coffee farmers will also be able to use the tools by picking
them from the model farmers. Mityelo says they want improved coffee production
to boost household income.

tools.
