The event took place on Sunday at Irundu Primary
School in Buyende district. This year’s edition of the tournament runs
under the theme: “Men are the Pillars in Ending Teenage Pregnancy.”
The initiative seeks to use sport as a platform to
challenge and inspire men to take a more active role in reversing the rising
cases of teenage pregnancy in the Busoga region.
Before his arrival,
kingdom loyalists from different chiefdoms across the Busoga sub-region
thronged Irundu primary school playground to join the Kyabazinga in launching
one of the major sporting events in the Kingdom.
