Uganda
Premier League side Mbale Heroes Football Club have unveiled sponsors for the
2024/2025 season.
The unveiling was held at Mountain Inn Hotel in
Mbale City. At the unveiling, Jonard Conglomerate Investments Limited, an
energy and construction company was confirmed as the main Club sponsor. Other
sponsors include Mountain Inn Hotels, Baloon Ventures, a credit and consultancy
firm, Bugisu Cooperative Union(BCU) and Kiddawaline Bakery among others. Mt.
Inn Hotels handed over a brand new coaster to ease transportation of the team
for matches.
Mbale Heroes Football Club Chief Executive Officer
Chris Omony says the sponsorship comes as a huge relief in as far as running of
the Club’s activities is concerned. According to Omony, the Club’s budget is
1.5 billion shillings.
The Jonard Conglomerate Investments Limited Chief
Executive Officer Jonard Assiimwe says their aim is to sponsor community teams like
Mbale Heroes with a view of contributing to talent development. He says they
also sponsor community teams like Uganda Premier League side Kitara Football
Club, Booma FC and Kampala Queens.
Mbale Heroes Coach Asaph Mwebaze has welcomed the
sponsorship saying it will ease the work of the technical team in terms of
improving player welfare and provision of equipment on a timely basis.

Mbale Heroes will this Sunday take on Bul Football Club in the Startimes Uganda
Premier and Coach Asaph Mwebaze is optimistic of a good result. According to
Mwebaze, despite not starting on a good note, the team will put up a good show
in the upcoming games.
