Express
FC has announced SEMABET Uganda as their official kit sponsor for the 2024/25
Uganda Premier League season.
The one-year partnership, valued at up to 500 million
shillings, is expected to significantly boost Express FC operations, including
investments in squad development, technical staff, and infrastructure.
Andrew Kitamirike, Head of Operations at SEMABET Uganda,
echoed this sentiment, emphasizing the strategic nature of the partnership:
Express FC CEO, Miiro Ashraf, shared his optimism about the
partnership, stating that the financial backing from SEMABET will help the club
compete for the Uganda Premier League trophy this season.
The team is set to debut their new SEMABET-branded kits in the
opening match against Mbale Heroes FC on Monday, September 16, at the newly
renovated HAMZ Stadium.
