Schools Asked to Be Lenient as Third Term Opens

Opposition Chief John Baptist Nambeshe has asked schools to exercise leniency towards learners as the third term studies open.


Schools officially opened today for third term studies with national examinations like Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE), Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) and Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) lined up.


Nambeshe also the Manjiya County legislator says that despite the need for parents to clear fees, schools should be lenient and allow students to attend classes. 


Isaac Katenya the Bulambuli County Member of Parliament has asked parents to send back their children for third term for timely completion of the syllabus. 


Francis Maniaku the Budadiri Town Council LCIII Chairperson in Sironko District has asked students to prioritize education for a better future.
