Bubutu Town Council residents in Namisindwa District are in fear following the emergence of a youth group that is stealing property from their homes.

According to Mutebo, the youth group uses master keys to open houses and thereafter douse their unsuspecting victims with chloroform before stealing them clean.
Fredrick Bangu the Namisindwa Resident District Commissioner says many idle youth could be behind the latest insecurity. Bangu says they are partnering with LCI Chairpersons to carry out operations to net the suspects and recover the stolen property.
