Pope Francis has called on young people
in the Democratic Republic of Congo to put aside ethnic differences and build a
new future.
He told an
estimated 65,000 youths at a stadium in capital, Kinshasa.
He also
spoke about corruption saying that people should "never give in to [its]
persuasive but poisonous temptations".
His comments come on his last full day of his trip to the central African
nation.
On Wednesday
he addressed huge crowds at a Mass in Kinshasa with a strong message of peace
for those engaging in conflict in the country. The Pope is due to go on to South
Sudan tomorrow.
